Project Terms

Payments

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, required content, and timely feedback to complete projects efficiently.

Intellectual Property

Final project deliverables are transferred to the client after full payment. Dean M Enterprise retains ownership of reusable tools, frameworks, and development resources.

Limitation

Dean M Enterprise is not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or client-provided materials.
